Welcome
to the LaGrange Lyric Theater Company. Founded in 1997 because
of the interest in the West Georgia area
for dinner theater and educational opera programming, the company
began as The Opera & Musical Theater of West Georgia. We
have also been known as The LaGrange Opera Theater but feel
our new name, LaGrange Lyric Theater Company, accurately reflects
who we are: a company presenting programs of musical theater,
dinner theater, opera, operetta and children’s opera.
Not only do we offer a wide variety of programming for the
varied
tastes of our audience members, but we also provide, through
our three major productions and other smaller productions each
year, the opportunity for area artists to join us in the production
